Subscription and accounts
This easiest way to subscribe to our flagship "What Happened Last Week" newsletter is to head to that newsletter's page. You can find that here: here
The free version of our newsletters are limited in length, and exclude some of the most useful and interesting sections. The paid version (also known as VIP memberships) gives you access to all VIP issues, retroactively.
You can update to become a VIP (paid subscription) through the VIP page. This will let you upgrade, and you can always manage your subscription from your account settings area.

If you don't have an active paid subscription, you can delete your account by going to the following URL: gishty.com/delete If you do have an active paid subscription, please cancel that first from your billing area: gishty.com/settings/billing
Navigate to this page and enter the email address associated with your What Happened Last Week subscription. You will then receive an email to confirm your email address. From there, follow a few short steps, and you'll be good to go!
Payments and support
Yes! You can support WHLW through Patreon without using PayPal.
After joining, let me know which email address you use for the newsletter so I can make sure your VIP access is connected.
Absolutely. You can contribute an amount of your choice through my PayPal page without starting a recurring membership.

Update your payment details through the platform where you subscribed.
For PayPal, open Settings → Payments → Automatic payments, select your WHLW/Gishty subscription, and check its payment method. Changing your general preferred card may not change the card used for an existing subscription.
For Patreon, update your payment details in your Patreon account.

Please include the email address linked to your existing membership and the address you plan to use on Patreon.

Reading and getting help
Sometimes I resend an edition to readers who haven’t opened it yet, to give them another chance to read it. That may explain a second copy later in the week.
